Does A Life Insurance Company Have To Prove That Premiums Were Not Paid?

Alan moved from Houston to Baton Rouge Louisiana and wanted to know: “Does a Life Insurance Company have to prove that the premiums were not paid?”

Baton Rouge is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor activities such as golf, tennis or sporting events. Baton Rouge is rockin’ and rollin’ to the sounds of jazz, blues and rock at many night 19151063life stops, and if you’re ready to try your luck at the tables, we’ve got bustling gaming activities, too, and so much more.

Answer To Readers Question: Alan, no, a Life Insurance Company does not have to prove that money was received, if nothing was received and the premiums were not paid. The person who was supposed to pay on the policy should have cancelled checks or bank statement indicating that life insurance premiums were paid.
